COUNSELING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES AT REDUCED OR NO FEE THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT A GOOD SAMARITAN FUND FOR THOSE WITHOUT INSURANCE COVERAGE OR ABILITY TO PAY FULL SO THAT NO ONE WILL BE DENIED NEEDED COUNSELING SERVICES DUE TO LACK RESOURCES.
